2022 Summer Camp


July 16 - July 22

Dallas Fort Worth, TX

This year from July 16 – July 22, DFW Lao Heritage will be hosting another Lao Music Summer Camp in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. It is a 7 day Summer Day camp where youth ages 6-18 can learn and become immersed in Lao traditions, culture, music, and dance. Our Cultural Education Workshops are ran by our cultural teachers/volunteers.

Curriculum Highlights

Learning Lao alphabet and basic phrases

Lao History/Culture

Lao Cooking Classes

Practical Life Skills Workshop

Team Bonding Exercises

Lunch and Snacks provided

The purpose of the summer camps is to provide a platform for young Lao-Americans to connect with their cultural heritage, instill a sense of pride and confidence in themselves, and share Lao culture with others while making life-long friends in the process. We develop youth to be leaders of their communities to ensure that our culture lives on for many more generations.

Tuition includes seven days of Lao Summer Camp, all activities, daily snacks, and daily lunch.

$100 per student

Tuition payment must be received by the first day of camp

*If family has multiple students, each student must be registered.
